Terms of Service
1) What this service does
Rewrite helps you move scoped web product surfaces toward native iOS and Android delivery using guided scan, alignment, and generation workflows. We do not promise one-click full rewrites or guaranteed App Store or Google Play approval.
2) Accounts and access
You are responsible for account credentials, repository access you provide, and all activity under your account. Keep secrets and API keys private.
3) Scope, quotes, and payment
Time and cost quote ranges are planning guidance for agreed scope, not fixed legal guarantees. If scope changes, quotes can change — you will always see the updated amount before you are charged.
Projects start with a flat US $20 deposit that unlocks the build workflow. The remaining balance is due before we hand off your native iOS and Android project files, and is shown to you before you pay it. The deposit is credited against the total, not charged on top of it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
4) Refunds
Your deposit is refundable at any time before you approve screens for the full build. Contact us and we will return it.
If we cannot produce a preview you are willing to approve, or we fail to deliver your handoff files after full payment, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the affected payment in full.
Once your handoff files have been delivered, payments are non-refundable — except where the delivered project materially fails to match the screens you approved, or where a refund is required by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5) Your responsibilities
You keep ownership of your Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts, signing/provisioning, App Store Connect or Google Play Console setup, legal compliance, and app submission. We provide engineering workflow support and generated artifacts.
6) Limits and disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party outages, or platform policy decisions outside our control.
